WHY SALES

I believe sales is how I can maximize my influence in the world and help as many people as possible. Sales tends to get a bad reputation but just like anything else, it is what you make of it; If you intend to use your influence to make a positive impact on the world, you will do just that. Sales acts as the connection between products and services with potential to improve the quality of many lives and those who seek solutions.
Additionally, I possess resilience, interpersonal communication skills, and empathy which I plan to leverage to become an effective salesperson. I believe these attributes paired with my work ethic and knowledge I will gain in the professional selling program will allow me to build an impactful career in the field of sales. I have always been recognized for my compassion and a career in sales gives me the opportunity to put this gift to use.

 The University of Central Florida's Professional Selling Program

The University of Central Florida’s Professional Selling Program offers students the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally by pushing students outside their comfort zone to develop skills they otherwise may not. The program provides students with tools to become successful professionals in a rigorous, highly competitive environments. Each student in the program is matched with a professional who will act as their mentor for their duration of the program. Members are afforded the opportunity to attend exclusive networking events, engage in live selling role play activities, learn proper etiquette, and work with the universities 30+ corporate partners.

In January of 2024, I completed the National Academy of Sports Medicines personal training program and became a certified personal trainer. I am passionate about the role of fitness in strengthening both physical and mental health. I became a trainer to expand my knowledge on fitness and wellness practices and have since worked to provide others the necessary tools to succeed in their fitness journey. My role as a personal trainer is to motivate, coach, support, and help individuals overcome roadblocks to become their most healthy, confident selves.
